IMPACT & LEARNING
From prototype to EU rollout: using design as a shared language across teams.
The prototype I created expanded the project scope beyond France to the EU market, positioning myself as both designer and connector. By framing tests, adapting to hardware constraints, and balancing installer and end-user flows, I demonstrated how design can align technical, business, and marketing needs. Moving forward, I plan to use visual decision tools and lightweight stakeholder surveys to bring greater structure to alignment phases, ensuring clarity early, reducing unnecessary iteration, and accelerating delivery.
